Our goal is to raise $450,000 by the middle of September, so we can give our builders the green light to include the 2nd floor in the initial construction. It would save us considerably in the long run to do this now, rather than to wait and finish out the 2nd floor down the road. Not to mention that we will desperately need the classroom space!

In Phase 1, which began June 1st, we all spent time prayerfully asking the Lord what He would have us do to help further His purposes for RCCC.

We are now in Phase 2 – The Commitment Phase. It is time to simply declare what the Lord has put in your heart to give to this effort. This is not when we give our gifts, but simply fill out a commitment card or an online commitment saying what we have heard the Lord say. You can fill out an online commitment card by clicking on the icon to the right.

Phase 3 – The Response Phase – will take place over 3 weeks (August 28, September 4, & September 11th), when we will all give the gifts we committed to. However, you may begin giving toward your commitment prior to those dates through the “Give Online” button or by your preferred giving method. To give to this campaign online, click [here].

Jesus made it clear that the two most important things in life are our relationship with the Lord and our relationships with each other. River City’s primary purpose is to help one another in developing these relationships.

We, at River City Community Church, hope to be a contemporary expression of the New Testament church. Our desire is to experience the reality of Christ’s presence the way the early church did. The scripture paints a picture of a church committed to prayer, teaching, and fellowship; consequently, they experienced His presence in miraculous ways.
