New Horizons is River City’s Christ-centered Recovery Group. The purpose of New Horizons is to celebrate God’s healing power in our lives by working through AA's 12-Step program. By using these steps and applying God’s Word in our lives, we begin to heal and grow. Then, through God’s power, we are set free from our hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

Alanon is designed for people that have been affected by alcoholism or drug addiction. If you have a friend or relative that has a problem of alcoholism or drug addiction, then this program could be for you.

We do not give advice but share our experience strength and hope in order to solve our common problems.

This spiritually based program uses tools (slogans, literature, steps, sponsor …..) that help lead us to find serenity. Your anonymity is protected by the members of the group.
